Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 4–7 days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the delivery period begins.
Before shipment, we carefully prepare and package your products to help protect them during transit.
Standard Shipping with DHL/FedEx
Our standard shipping option is available through DHL/FedEx.

The estimated delivery period begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
DHL/FedEx is a suitable option if you prefer a standard international shipping service with a shorter estimated delivery period.
Free Shipping with EMS
We also offer EMS shipping for customers who prefer a cost-saving delivery option.

EMS delivery may take longer than DHL/FedEx, but qualifying orders can benefit from free shipping.
Shipping Destinations
Rei Equipment ships internationally except to Asia and remote areas.
Actual delivery availability may depend on the specific destination, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and local delivery conditions.
Please make sure that your shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.

Tracking information may take some time to appear or update after the package has been handed to the carrier. This is normal during the initial stage of transportation.

For clothing, footwear, packs, vests, bumbags, bottles, flasks, and accessories, we use appropriate packaging to help reduce the possibility of damage during transportation.
We recommend keeping the original packaging until you have confirmed that your order has arrived complete and that the products are in satisfactory condition.
Inspecting Your Package
When your package arrives, we recommend checking the outer packaging before accepting delivery whenever possible.
If the package appears seriously damaged, opened, torn, or otherwise unusual, please document the condition and notify the carrier where appropriate.
If a product appears to have been damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@rei-equipment.shop. Photos of the package, packaging materials, and damaged product may help us investigate the issue more efficiently.
